| OUR LOCATION Southern Orthopaedic Specialists 516 Brookwood Boulevard Birmingham, AL 35209 From I-65: Exit Lakeshore Drive (Exit 255). Go East on Lakeshore Drive for approximately 2.5 miles. Turn right onto Brookwood Blvd. (at the Shell Station). As you start up the hill, our office is located in the grey, two story, free standing building on the left. We occupy the entire second floor. From I-65: Exit Montgomery Hwy/Hwy 31 (Exit 252). Take Montgomery Hwy. North for approximately 4 miles. Exit right at Brookwood Medical Center Drive. Continue to the stop sign at the bottom of the hill and turn left. We are located in the first building on the right and occupy the entire second floor. From Hwy. 280: Exit Alabama Hwy. 149 (Shades Creek Parkway). Go West on Shades Creek Parkway for a little over 1/2 mile. Turn left onto Brookwood Blvd. (at the light in front of the Shell Station). As you start up the hill, our office is located in the grey, two story, free standing building on the left. We occupy the entire second floor. From I-59: Take I-59 to Hwy 31/Hwy 280/ Red Mountain Expressway. Continue South for approximately 5 miles then exit at Brookwood Medical Center Drive, just past Lakeshore Drive. Continue to the stop sign at the bottom of the hill and turn left. We are located in the first building on the right and occupy the entire second floor.  Columbiana Clinic 22266 Hwy. 25 Columbiana, AL 35051 Dr. Carr sees patients every Tuesday morning at this location.
